MLB Approval. All necessary MLB Approvals have been obtained with respect to the execution of this Agreement.
MLB Approval. Any amendment to this Non-Relocation Agreement shall be subject to the prior receipt of all necessary MLB Approvals and be made in accordance with all applicable MLB Rules, as the same now exist or may be amended or adopted in the future. Any amendment to this Non- Relocation Agreement shall be prohibited and shall be null and void unless all necessary MLB Approvals are obtained in advance.
MLB Approval. On or before February 13, 2006, this Amendment has been approved by Major League Baseball.
MLB Approval. The Tenant represents that all approvals, if any, have been received by Major League Baseball under MLB Rules and Regulations.
MLB Approval. This License is subject to MLB Approval, and no amendment of this License may be made without first obtaining all necessary MLB Approvals in accordance with Paragraph 32.
