Mobile Devices. If mobile devices are used by the Contractor in the performance of this Agreement to access Protected University Data, Contractor shall install and activate authentication and encryption capabilities on each mobile device in use.

Mobile Devices. Mobile devices which are issued by and belonging to the Contractor for purposes of processing Personal Data should have access control measures and remote wipe capability turned on. Procedures should be in place to report and wipe data off lost mobile devices immediately after detection of loss.
Mobile Devices. You are responsible for providing and maintaining your own wireless handheld device and for ensuring that it is compatible with Mobile Banking services. We are not responsible for any problems you may experience with your equipment or for any damage to your device from the use of Mobile Banking services. You understand that wireless devices may be subject to viruses, and we are not responsible for ensuring your device is protected from these viruses.
Mobile Devices. Any Purchases or other transactions made using a smart phone, tablet or other electronic device on which your Account number and/or other Account information has been stored or downloaded (“Mobile Devices”) are covered by the terms of this Agreement. Applications that use your Account information to make transactions may have separate terms of use. We are not responsible if you violate those terms, or for any consequences resulting from any violation of those terms.
Mobile Devices. To use the mobile app provided with the Service (the "App"), you must have a mobile device that is compatible with the App. We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with your mobile device. You are responsible for any message and data rates from your mobile service provider when you use the App. You must comply with all rules and regulations of your mobile service provider and the mobile app store from which you download the App. If you download the Mobile App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is solely between you and JH, not Apple, Inc. ("Apple") and that Apple has no responsibility for the App or content thereof. Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Store Terms of Service. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be solely governed by this Agreement and any law applicable to us as provider of the App. You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation; and all such claims are governed solely by this Agreement and any law applicable to us as provider of the Service. You acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of that App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, JH, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim to the extent required by this Agreement. You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement as relates to your license of the App and compliance with the terms and rules of the Apple App Store, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement as rela...
Mobile Devices. Contractors shall provide devices to enable services, hereafter called “service enabling devices” or SEDS. The technical requirements for SEDs are outlined in the sections below. The Contractor shall include SEDs for zero dollars bundled with the price of the service. Features are not part of the base service. Features are additional capabilities that are offered beyond the voice or data services. All SEDs shall be new except where this BPA specifically states otherwise.
