USING YOUR ACCOUNT. If you are approved for an account, the Credit Union will establish a line of credit for you. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, finance charges, plus "other charges") which you will have outstanding on your account at any time. Unless disclosed otherwise, the Credit Union will not allow advances over the credit limit. If the Credit Union has a program whereby it allows payment of advances that exceed your credit limit, subject to a fee, the Credit Union will provide you with notice, either orally, in writing, or electronically (notwithstanding the requirements of the paragraph entitled “Statements and Notices”) explaining your right to opt in to the Credit Union’s program whereby it will honor advance requests over the credit limit. In the event you opt in to such a program, you agree to the terms of such a program. You may request an increase in your credit limit only by a method acceptable to the Credit Union. The Credit Union may increase or decrease your credit limit, refuse to make an advance and/or terminate your account at any time for any reason not prohibited by law. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, we may, from time to time, issue convenience checks to you that may be drawn on your account. Convenience checks may not be used to make a payment on your account balance. If you use a convenience check, it will be posted to your account as a cash advance. We reserve the right to refuse to pay a convenience check drawn on your account for any reason and such refusal shall not constitute wrongful dishonor. You may request that we stop the payment of a convenience check drawn on your account. You agree to pay any fee imposed to stop a payment on a convenience check issued on your account. You may make a stop payment request orally, if permitted, or in writing. Your request must be made with sufficient time in advance of the presentment of the check for payment to give us a reasonable opportunity to act on your request. In addition, your request must accurately describe the check including the exact account number, the payee, any check number that may be applicable, and the exact amount of the check. If permitted, you may make a stop payment request orally but such a request will expire after 14 days unless you confirm your request in writing within that time. You are not allowed to use your Account: • to make payments to this credit card or any other loan payments to us or our affiliates; or • for internet gambling. If you have given someone permission to use the Card, this is not unauthorized use and you will be liable for all use by that person.

USING YOUR ACCOUNT. You may use your Account to make Transactions. You may not use or permit your Account to be used for: • Any illegal purpose, including in connection with unlawful domestic or international gambling websites or to purchase illegal goods or services; • Cash Advances and Cash Equivalents; • Any purpose in any country or territory that is subject to economic sanctions administered and enforced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or with any person or entity subject to these sanctions; or • Paying any debts to us. If your Account is used for any Transaction not permitted by this Agreement, we will treat these Transactions as Purchase Transactions for purposes of applying interest, and you are responsible for these Transactions and any related interest or Daily Cash Adjustments.

USING YOUR ACCOUNT. Your card must be signed before using. When you receive this Agreement, use the Account, or sign or keep the Card, you agree to: •the terms of this Agreement; plus •any amendments or supplements to the Agreement. TYPES OF USE You may use your Account for: •Purchases; •Balance Transfers; •Check Transactions; •Cash Advances. We may limit the amount and/or frequency of any type of use at any time. Cash Advance transactions are considered: •ATM withdrawals •Overdraft transactions •Checks used for purposes other than Balance Transfers •Over the counter (at bank) •Other “cash like” transactions, such as purchasing money orders, gaming transactions, or purchasing lottery tickets. ALLOWED USE You agree to: •use your Account only for lawful purposes •use your Account for only personal, family, household, or charitable purposes; and •repay us for all costs related to uses not allowed under this Agreement. You are not allowed to use your Account: •To make payments to this credit card or any other loan payments to us or our affiliates; for unlawful internet gambling. If you have given permission to use this card to someone, these transactions are not considered unauthorized and you will be liable for these purchases. USING THE ACCOUNT At times we may: •decline a transaction if there is not enough available credit and for any other reason; and/or •require our Authorization before allowing a transaction. Any merchant may request to check your ID. We are not liable if: •a merchant refuses your card; and/or •we do not complete your transaction for any reason.
USING YOUR ACCOUNT. You can purchase or lease goods and services ("Purchases") from any merchant who honors your Card up to your maximum credit limit by presenting your Card and signing a sales receipt or writing a Convenience Check for the amount of the Purchase. You may also use the Card to obtain Cash Advances up to your maximum credit limit from financial institutions that accept the MasterCard credit card, and by use of preprinted Convenience Checks that the Credit Union may issue to you. You authorize us to honor any Purchase or Cash Advance you make by telephone, internet or mail on this account. You agree that a signature is not necessary as identification in such cases. You agree not to present your Card, obtain a Cash Advance or write a Convenience Check for any extension of credit in excess of your available Credit Limit (the difference between your outstanding balance and your maximum credit limit) on your account. Certain purchases and cash advances require authorization prior to completion of the transaction. In some cases, you may be asked to provide identification. If our system is not working, we may not be able to authorize a transaction, even though you have sufficient credit available. Also, for security reasons, we may block the use of your Card in certain countries or geographic areas. We will have no liability to you or others if any of these events occur.

To ensure repayment of your obligations on the Secured credit card, including fees and interest, you assign, transfer, pledge, and grant a security interest to Explorers FCU in all current and after-acquired funds in the Security Deposit Account. You understand that the pledged funds will not be accessible for withdrawal. Upon any default under the credit card agreement or in the event your Secured credit card is terminated for any reason, you agree that Explorers FCU has the right to collect and withdraw any part or the full amount on deposit in the Security Deposit Account without notice to you and apply the funds toward any outstanding balance on your Secured credit card account. Any funds remaining in the Security Deposit Account after doing so will be transferred to your primary savings account.
