Common use of Mobile License Clause in Contracts

Mobile License. To the extent the relevant license granted is a Mobile License, the terms in 3.3.a and 3.3.b shall apply. A Mobile License comes with a hardware lock (dongle). A hardware lock is a device to be attached to one of the computer’s external ports, which allows the Licensee to move the license to another computer. A hardware lock is part of the product package only to the extent explicitly ordered.
