Mobile Phone; Computer. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive a mobile phone and a laptop computer. Executive shall use the mobile phone and computer (together hereinafter: the “Equipment”) in a standard and reasonable manner, and in accordance with BioLine’s policies. The Executive hereby agrees that any amount due by Executive to BioLine in connection with the Equipment (including, e.g., compensation for loss or damage of the Equipment) shall be deducted from Executive’s Salary.

In addition, during the term of this Agreement, Consultant shall be entitled to receive a laptop computer. Consultant shall use such telephone and computer (together, the “Equipment”) in a standard and reasonable manner, and in accordance with BioLine’s policies.
