Common use of Mobile Telephone Clause in Contracts

Mobile Telephone. Executive shall have use of a wireless mobile telephone of his choice and the Company will be responsible for payment of all business usage charges and all usual operational and maintenance expenses associated with the use by Executive of such telephone.
