Mobile TV Technologies Clause Samples

The 'Mobile TV Technologies' clause defines the rights and obligations related to the use, development, or licensing of technologies that enable television content to be delivered and accessed via mobile devices. This clause typically specifies which party owns or can use the relevant patents, software, or technical standards necessary for mobile TV services, and may outline any restrictions or royalties associated with such use. Its core function is to clarify ownership and permitted uses of mobile TV technology, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their rights regarding this rapidly evolving area.
