MOCAP Terms and Conditions. (a) The MOCAP shall be operated in accordance with the terms attached hereto as Appendix G. (b) Physicians who provide MOCAP coverage will do so in accordance with the provisions of the MOCAP Contract attached hereto as Schedule 1 to Appendix G.
