Common use of Mode of Payment; Offsets Clause in Contracts

Mode of Payment; Offsets. All payments to AstraZeneca under this Agreement shall be made by deposit of Dollars in the requisite amount to such bank account as AstraZeneca may from time to time designate by notice to Licensee. For the purpose of calculating any sums due under, or otherwise reimbursable pursuant to, this Agreement (including the calculation of Net Sales expressed in currencies other than Dollars), Licensee shall convert any amount expressed in a foreign currency into Dollar equivalents using its, its Affiliate’s or Sublicensee’s, as applicable, standard conversion methodology consistent with GAAP.
