Mode of Payment; Offsets. All payments to either Party under this Agreement shall be made by deposit of Dollars in the requisite amount to such bank account as the receiving Party designates by notice to the paying Party; provided, however, that such notice must be provided at least [*] Business Days prior to the date on which such payment is due.
