Common use of Model Release Clause in Contracts

Model Release. The Clients grant the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Clients hereby release the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images.

Model Release. The Clients grant the Client hereby grants to Photographer and its her legal representatives, heirs heirs, and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent unrestricted right to use the and publish photographs of the Clients Client and Client’s likeness for editorialmarketing, competitionadvertising, advertising portfolio, website, commercial use, and any other purpose and purposes, in any manner, manner and to edit and alter the photographs same without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Clients Client hereby release the releases Photographer and its her legal representatives, heirs and assigns from any and all claims and liability and claims in connection with relating to the imagesphotographs.

The Clients grant the Client hereby grants to Photographer and its his/her legal representatives, heirs heirs, and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent unrestricted right to use the and publish photographs of Client, Client’s likeness and photographs and likeness of all persons involved in the Clients session, including Client’s minor children set forth on the first page of this Agreement1, for editorialmarketing, competitionadvertising, advertising portfolio, website, and any other purpose and purposes, in any manner, manner and to alter the photographs same without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Clients Client hereby release the releases Photographer and its his/her legal representatives, heirs and assigns from any and all claims and liability and claims in connection with relating to the imagesphotographs.
