Common use of Modem installation Clause in Contracts

The customer shall also install the modem via a USB port or Ethernet card as well as any other appropriate add-on, the installation of which shall be the customer's responsibility. Where these applications are not specifically provided by Videotron, the use of such applications or shareware shall be at the customer’s risk.
