Moderna Collaboration In-License Payments. If any In-License Payments previously disclosed to Merck pursuant to Section 7.3 or 7.4, as applicable, become due during the Term under any Moderna Collaboration In-License, Moderna will be responsible for such payments, provided, that Merck will reimburse Moderna for [***] such In-License Payment within [***] days of Merck’s receipt of Moderna’s invoice therefor (a) that [***].
