Common use of Modification, Amendment and Supplement Clause in Contracts

Modification, Amendment and Supplement. Any uncovered matter herein shall be agreed separately by all Parties through consultation. No amendment and supplement to this Agreement shall take effect unless it is made by all Parties in writing. Such amendment and the supplementary agreement to this Agreement and its appendix(es), once duly signed by all Parties, shall constitute an integral part of, and have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
