Modification and Amendment; Indexation. (a) Subject to Section 15.2(b), this Agreement cannot be orally changed, amended or terminated, and no provision or requirement hereof may be orally waived. Any change, amendment or (save as otherwise expressly provided) termination shall only be by agreement, in writing, signed by the Parties and any waiver shall only be effective if made in writing and signed by the Party waiving its rights.
