Modification and Amendment without Consent of Holders of the Notes. Except as provided below, Section 901 of the Original Indenture shall be applicable to the Notes. For purposes of the Notes, pursuant to Section 301(15) of the Original Indenture, Sections 901(8) and 901(9) of the Original Indenture is hereby amended by deleting such sections in their entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following as Sections 901(8), 901(9) and 901(10):
