Common use of Modification and Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Modification and Entire Agreement. No amendment or other modification of the terms or provisions of this Agreement shall be made except by the execution of written agreements by both parties, and any attempted modification or amendment not in compliance with the terms of this sentence shall be void ab initio. This Agreement and the other Master Documents contain the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede and terminate all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, whether written or oral, by and between the parties with respect to such subject matter
