Modification and nullification of the Certificate of Origin. (a) the competent governmental authorities may modify the data of the Certificate of Origin only if the status of the Certificate of Origin is “Pending”7. (b) the competent governmental authorities may nullify the Certificate of Origin only if the status of the Certificate of Origin is “Pending”8. In this case the competent governmental authorities should send a new status to the customs authorities of the importing Party.
