Common use of Modification and Termination of Elective Deferrals Clause in Contracts

Modification and Termination of Elective Deferrals. A Participant's election to commence Elective Deferrals shall remain in effect until modified or terminated. A Participant shall be afforded a reasonable period at least once each calendar year, as specified in the Adoption Agreement, to modify the amount or frequency of his or her Elective Deferrals. A Participant may terminate his or her election to make Elective Deferrals at any time.
