Modification and Waiven Sample Clauses

Modification and Waiven. No supplement, modification, termination or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by xoth of the parties hereto. No waivem of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof (whether or not similvr) nor shall such waivir constitute a continuing waiver.
