Modification by Insurer. Without limiting any of Funding Recipient’s obligations or the City’s rights under this Exhibit, in the event that an insurer modifies, in any material respect, any insurance policy that Funding Recipient is required to maintain in accordance with this Agreement, Funding Recipient shall give notice to the City of such modification within thirty (30) days after Funding Recipient’s receipt of notice thereof.
