Common use of Modification Due to Financing Clause in Contracts

Modification Due to Financing. If, in connection with obtaining construction or permanent financing for the Premises, the Building or the Land, any lender (or Mortgagee) shall request reasonable modifications of this Lease as a condition to such financing, Tenant shall promptly execute a modification of this Lease, provided such modifications do not materially increase the financial obligations of Tenant hereunder or materially adversely affect the leasehold interest hereby created or Tenant's reasonable use and enjoyment of the Premises. Tenant and any Guarantor shall each, prior to execution and throughout the Term, upon request from time to time, provide such financial information and documentation about itself to Landlord or Mortgagee as may be requested.
