Modification, etc. Subject to the provisions of, and except as otherwise provided in, Article IX of the Indenture (including without limitation Sections 9.1 and 9.2 thereof), no modification, amendment or waiver of any provision of this Guarantee, nor the consent to any departure by the Guarantor therefrom, shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be in writing and consented to by the Trustee (with the consent of the Holders of at least a majority of the Securities if required by Section 9.2 of the Indenture) and then such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose for which it was given. No notice to or demand on the Guarantor in any case shall entitle such Guarantor or any other guarantor to any other or further notice or demand in the same, similar or other circumstances.
