Common use of Modification, Extension Clause in Contracts

Modification, Extension. The issuance of any supplement, modification, amendment, renewal, or extension to any Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder.

Modification, Extension. The issuance of any supplement, modification, amendment, renewal, or extension to any Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder; provided that such supplement, modification, amendment, renewal or extension shall not cause the Borrower to pay an additional Fronting Fee on such Letter of Credit except for any Fronting Fees due with respect to any increase in the stated amount of such Letter of Credit.

Modification, Extension. The issuance of any supplement, modification, amendment, renewal, or extension extensions to any Revolving Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Revolving Letter of Credit hereunder.

The issuance of any supplement, modification, amendment, renewal, or extension to any Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder, except that no Issuing Lender’s Fees shall be due upon extension of evergreen Letters of Credit.

The issuance of any supplement, modification, amendment, renewal, renewal or extension to any Letter of Credit or any supplement, modification or amendment in the nature of a renewal or extension thereof shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder.
