Common use of Modification Fee Clause in Contracts

Modification Fee. In consideration of the Lenders amending the Credit Agreement as provided herein, the Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent for the account of each Lender a modification fee in an amount equal to 0.20% of such Lender’s Revolving Commitment.

Modification Fee. In consideration of the Lenders amending the Credit Agreement as provided herein, the Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent for the account of each Lender a modification fee in an amount equal to 0.200.125% of such Lender’s Revolving Commitment.
