Modification for Adjacent Property Replacement Passenger Terminal. This Subsection 1.1 shall only be effective if and when the Authority records a Memorandum of Adjacent Property Replacement Passenger Terminal Selection in substantially the form set forth on the attached Exhibit C (“Adjacent Property Terminal Selection Memo”).
