Common use of Modification of Agreement; Sale of Interest Clause in Contracts

Modification of Agreement; Sale of Interest. This Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements may not be modified, altered or amended, except by an agreement in writing signed by Borrower and Lender. Borrower may not sell, assign or transfer this Agreement or the Ancillary Agreements or any portion hereof or thereof, including, without limitation, Borrower's right, title, interest, remedies, powers, or duties hereunder or thereunder. Borrower hereby consents to Lender's participation, sale, assignment, transfer or other disposition, at any time or times hereafter, of this Agreement or the Ancillary Agreements or of any portion hereof or thereof, including, without limitation, Lender's right, title, interest, remedies, powers, or duties hereunder or thereunder.
