Common use of Modification of Agreement; Sale of Interest Clause in Contracts

Modification of Agreement; Sale of Interest. This Agreement, the Notes and each of the other Credit Documents may not be modified, altered or amended, except by an agreement in writing signed by each Borrower and Bank. Borrowers may not sell, assign or transfer this Agreement, or any of the other Credit Documents or any portion thereof including, without limitation, Borrowers' rights, title, interests, remedies, powers, and/or duties hereunder or thereunder. Borrowers hereby consent, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, to Bank's participation, sale, assignment, transfer or other disposition, at any time or times hereafter, of this Agreement, or any of the other Credit Documents, or of any portion hereof or thereof including, without limitation, Bank's rights, title, interests, remedies, powers, and/or duties hereunder or thereunder.
