Modification of Certain Documents. ADT Limited will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, consent to any amendment, supplement or other modification of any of the terms or provisions contained in, or applicable to, the Senior Notes, any Subordinated Debt (including Subordinated Debt in respect of the Dividended Note, but excluding other Subordinated Intercompany Debt), or any document or instrument evidencing or applicable thereto (including the Senior Note Indenture, the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture and the LYONs Indenture), other than any amendment, supplement or other moxxxxxation which extends the date or reduces the amount of any required repayment or redemption or which does not adversely affect any of the Lender Parties.
