Common use of Modification of Grant Plan Clause in Contracts

Modification of Grant Plan. Under Sections 1.1(f) and 10.2 of this Agreement, XXXXX may submit a written request to modify the Grant Plan. MARIN shall not appropriate, encumber or expend any additional or reallocated Grant Funds pursuant to such a request for modification until (1) the General Manager or designee has provided written approval for the request and (2) the parties have finally executed a modification of this Agreement under Section 10.2, to reflect the modified Grant Plan. In addition, if the modification request requires approval from the Approval Authority and/or Cal OES, as determined by the General Manager, MARIN shall not appropriate, encumber or expend any additional or reallocated Grant Funds pursuant to the modification request without approval from the Approval Authority and/or Cal OES.
