Common use of Modification of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Modification of Guaranty. No modification, amendment or waiver of any provision of, or any consent required by, this Guaranty, nor any consent to any departure by Guarantor therefor, shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by Guarantor and PCJL.
