Common use of Modification of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Modification of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall not be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified without the written consent of the Agent and the Majority Banks and the Guarantor. Except as otherwise provided in the Credit Agreement, this Guaranty shall not be released or terminated as to the Guarantor without the written consent of all Banks.
