Common use of Modification of Junior Financing Documentation Clause in Contracts

Modification of Junior Financing Documentation. Directly or indirectly, amend, modify or change (a) the subordination provisions of any Junior Financing Documentation (and the component definitions used therein), including the Specified Senior Subordinated Indebtedness Documentation or (b) any other term or condition of the Specified Senior Indebtedness Documentation, the Specified Senior Subordinated Indebtedness Documentation or any Junior Financing Documentation, in the case of this clause (b), in any manner materially adverse to the interests of the Lenders and, in each case, without the consent of the Administrative Agent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld).
