Common use of Modification of Land Act Clause in Contracts

Modification of Land Act. For the purposes of this Agreement the Land Act is deemed to be modified — (a) in respect of the Development Area by the inclusion of a power to grant the licence to enter granted by clause 8; and (b) the inclusion of a power for the Minister for Lands to grant a lease under section 117 of the Land Act in the form set out in (c) the inclusion of a power for the Governor to issue to the Company the Crown Grants referred to in clause 10.
