Modification of MOU. This MOU may only be modified by the written agreement of the Parties, duly signed by their authorized representatives. This MOU will be reviewed no less often than at the mid-point of its term and around the anniversary of its effective date in its entirety.
Modification of MOU. Any amendment or modification of this MOU or additional obligation assumed by either Party in connection with this MOU will only be binding if evidenced in writing signed by each Party or an authorized representative of each Party.

Modification of MOU. 9.1. The MOU may be modified in writing by mutual agreement by the Board of Water and Power Commissioners and participating Neighborhood Councils. Either LADWP or the LADWP Neighborhood Councils’ Oversight Committee may propose amendments. Both LADWP and the LADWP Neighborhood Councils’ Oversight Committee agree to meet with each other within sixty days (60) after a modification to this MOU has been requested in writing.
Modification of MOU. A modification or waiver of any of the provisions of this MOU shall be effective if made in writing and executed with the same formality as this MOU.
