Authorized Changes. No room changes can be made without written authorization from Housing and Residential Life. Any room and hall changes must be discussed first with the Residence Hall Director or their designee before a move occurs. Room change requests will be reviewed by the Housing and Residential Life Office and be evaluated in accordance with the room change process outlined in the Residential Life Online Handbook. Improper checkout fine will be assessed, as necessary.

Authorized Changes. The City reserves the right at any time to make changes in any one or more of the following, as long as there is not a conflict with the Scope or Proposal: (a) specifications; (b) methods of shipment or packing; (c) place of delivery; (d) time of delivery; and/or (e) quantities. If the change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of or the time required for performance, an equitable adjustment may be made in the price or delivery schedule, or both. Any claim for adjustment shall be deemed waived unless asserted in writing within 30 days from the receipt of the change. Price increases or extensions of delivery time shall not be binding on the City unless evidenced in writing and approved by the Department Director prior to the institution of the change.

The Association may change the amount of the deduction with thirty (30) calendar daysnotice to the City in writing. Authorized Changes. 9.1 In the event that the Owner elects to introduce changes in the Work, pursuant to the General Conditions, the following percentage markups shall be applied to the respective Net Cost, subject to, and in accordance with the General Conditions (Valuation of Changes): 9.1.1 Subcontractors shall each apply a xxxx-up of percent on their respective Net Costs, to account for the direct overhead expenses and any profit on each authorized Change Order; and, 9.1.2 The Contractor shall apply a xxxx-up of percent on his Net Cost, in addition to the aggregated Subcontractor Net Cost (s) and xxxx-up (s), applicable to each authorized Change Order.
Authorized Changes. In order for the permit to truly pre-authorize any change, the permit must contain several things: • Some type of description of what types of changes are pre-authorized. The description needs to be in sufficient detail for the parties to be able to determine how a proposed change would “fit” into the permit and to give the public sufficient notice of the types of changes that will be authorized; • All applicable requirements that would apply to the proposed change; • Any necessary periodic monitoring for the applicable requirements; and • Monitoring and recordkeeping procedures for the proposed change for any tracked pollutant. For this permit, this would include monitoring and recordkeeping requirements for the VOC caps, PM/PM10 caps (or BACT if it is a milling change), and any other limits (e.g., HAPs).
