Modification of Non-Exclusive Territory. The Non-Exclusive Territory may be modified (including, but not limited to the designation of all or any portion of the Non-Exclusive Territory as a Shared Territory or Exclusive Territory hereunder) at any time, from time to time, and in any manner by the Operating Partnership, subject to approval by a majority of the REIT's board of trustees, including approval by a majority of the REIT's independent trustees.
