Common use of MODIFICATION OF NOTE Clause in Contracts

MODIFICATION OF NOTE. 2.1 From and after the Effective Date, the provisions in the Note captioned “Due”, “Promise to Pay”, and “Principal Payments” are hereby amended by deleting the date of “June 29, 2007” contained therein and replacing it with the date of “June 30, 2008”.
