Modification of Other Debt Documents. The Borrowers and the other Loan Parties shall not, without the prior written consent of the Required Banks, agree to, or make, or permit to be made any amendment, modification, or supplement to the 2013 Bonds or the 2014 Bonds, as the case may be, each as in effect on the Sixth Amendment Effective Date, the effect of which is to materially adversely affect any Borrower’s or the Banks’ rights and interests.
