Common use of Modification of Other Equity Documents Clause in Contracts

Modification of Other Equity Documents. The Issuer shall not amend or consent to any modification, supplement or waiver of any provision of any Other Equity Documents in any manner which would have a material adverse effect on the holders of Warrants or Warrant Stock, in each case without the prior written consent of the Required Holders. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Issuer shall not amend, or consent to any modification, supplement or waiver of any provision of any Other Equity Documents in a way which would (i) restrict the transferability of the Warrants or the Warrant Stock, (ii) restrict the transferability of the rights of any Holder in this Agreement to any transferee of all or a portion of such Holder's Warrants and/or Warrant Stock or (iii) require any consent or other approval of any Person to the exercise of the Warrants by any Holder or the issuance of Warrant Stock upon such exercise.
