Modification of Other Loan Documents. Each of the other Loan Documents is hereby modified such that references to the Original Note shall mean henceforth refer to the Original Note as modified by this Agreement, together with any and all extensions, modifications, substitutions, replacements or renewals thereof and judgments in enforcement thereof
Modification of Other Loan Documents. Without limiting Lender's right to require that all other Loan Documents be expressly amended by a separate instrument in order to effect the intent of this Third Modification Agreement, all of the Loan Documents are hereby deemed to be amended to include this Third Modification Agreement and the other Modification Documents with the additional understanding and agreement that any reference to the Loan Amount shall be equal to $150,000,000.
Modification of Other Loan Documents. All references in the other Loan Documents to the (a) “Loan” shall refer to Loan, as amended by this Amendment and (b) “Loan Agreement” shall mean the Loan Agreement as modified hereby.
Modification of Other Loan Documents. (a) All references to the term "Note" contained in the Loan Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Note as defined herein and as modified by this Agreement; all references to the term "Loan" contained in the Loan Documents shall be deemed to refer to the loan evidenced by the Note.
(b) All references to the term "Mortgage" contained in the Loan Documents shall be deemed to refer to the First Mortgage as defined herein and as modified by this Agreement.
(c) All references to the term "Second Mortgage" contained in the Loan Documents shall be deemed to refer to the Second Mortgage as defined herein and as modified by this Agreement.
(d) All references contained in any of the Loan Documents to the term "Loan Documents" shall be deemed to refer to such term as defined herein and as modified by this Agreement.

Without limiting Lender's right to require that all other Loan Documents be expressly amended by a separate instrument in order to effect the intent of this Second Modification Agreement, all of the Loan Documents are hereby deemed to be amended to include this Second Modification Agreement and the other Modification Documents.
Modification of Other Loan Documents. Each of the other Loan Documents is hereby modified such that references to the Note shall mean henceforth refer to the Note as modified by this Agreement, together with any and all extensions, modifications, substitutions, replacements or renewals thereof and judgments in enforcement thereof. All collateral which secures and all guarantees and other credit enhancements which related to the indebtedness that was evidenced by the Note shall carry forward and shall secure or relate, as the case may be, to the indebtedness evidenced by the Note as modified by this Agreement and the attachment, perfection and priority of all such mortgage liens, assignments and security interests shall not be impaired by the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
Modification of Other Loan Documents. All other Loan Documents and Other Agreements are hereby modified as follows:
(a) In addition to all other obligations of payment and performance by Borrower as secured by such Loan Documents, the Loan Documents shall secure the payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Revolving Note, as renewed and modified by the Renewal Revolving Note; and
(b) The term “Revolving Credit Note” as used in all other Loan Documents shall mean, the Revolving Note as modified and renewed pursuant to the terms of the Renewal Revolving Note, together with all modifications, amendments, extensions and renewals thereof.
Modification of Other Loan Documents. The amendments and modifications to this Agreement shall amend and modify the other Loan Documents to the extent such other Loan Documents are not separately amended or modified on the Restatement Date. The Credit Parties agree that all other Loan Documents that are not separately amended or modified on the Restatement Date are binding and enforceable obligations and are in full force and effect, as modified and amended by this Agreement.
