Dated: August Subject: Article Training and Development of Pro- duction Standards and Job Specifications During negotiations, discussions were held by the parties concerning trial or probationary periods for promoted newly hired employees. At the present time, there is no formal training or evalua- tion program in place at is understood and agreed that the Company shall develop production standards and job specifications for each job classification in the bargaining unit.
