Modification of Payment Dates. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, whenever any payment to the Lender under this Agreement shall be due (otherwise than by reason of acceleration) on a day that is not a Business Day, the date of payment thereof shall be the immediately succeeding Business Day and, in the case of any payment accruing interest, interest thereon shall be payable for the period of such extension; provided, that, if such immediately succeeding Business Day shall fall in the next calendar month, then the date of payment thereof shall be the immediately preceding Business Day.
