Common use of Modification of Premises Clause in Contracts

Modification of Premises. Effective as of the date this Amendment is fully executed by Landlord and Tenant (the “Expansion Commencement Date”), Tenant shall lease from Landlord and Landlord shall lease to Tenant the Expansion Premises.
