MODIFICATION OF PROMISSORY NOTE. The maturity date of the Promissory Note is changed from December 31, 2014 to March 15, 2015. On the revised maturity date, Borrower shall pay to Lender the unpaid principal, accrued and unpaid interest, and all other amounts payable by Borrower under the Promissory Note and Loan Documents.
