Common use of Modification of Receivables, Etc Clause in Contracts

Modification of Receivables, Etc. So long as no Servicer Default shall have occurred and be continuing, Servicer may adjust, and may permit each Sub-Servicer to adjust, in accordance with Sections 3.2(a), and 3.2(k) and the applicable Credit and Collection Policy, the Unpaid Balance of any Receivable, or otherwise modify the terms of any Receivable or amend, modify or waive any term or condition of any Contract related thereto, all as it may determine to be appropriate to maximize collection thereof. Servicer shall, or shall cause the applicable Sub- Servicer to, write off Receivables from time to time in accordance with the applicable Credit and Collection Policy.
