Modification of Repayment Terms for Assumed Indebtedness. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 5 above, McKesson agrees to substitute the following payment schedule for the payment schedule that otherwise was operative under the Accent Rx Debt Documents (as to which former payment schedule, Accent Rx was in default), provided that interest shall be payable as set forth in Section 7 below:
