Modification of Restrictive Covenants. Upon the termination of employment of a Physician Owner or Physician Employee, the Policy Board shall have the authority to release or reduce in whole or part the terms of the restrictive covenants, including but not limited to the mileage radius limitations set forth above in Sections 7.2 and 7.3. In the event that the individuals representing Princeton II on the Policy Board can reasonably demonstrate that a modification to the restrictive covenant will not have a material adverse effect on Company's or Princeton II's practice operations, earnings or cash flow, then the individuals representing Company shall consent to the proposed modifications.
