Modification of Rights by Consent in Writing. If a quorum is not present at any separate general meeting of holders of shares of a class, or if such resolution is not passed by the necessary majority, all or any of such rights and privileges may be varied with the consent in writing of the holders of at least seventy five percentum (75%) in nominal value of the issued shares of the class within two (2) calendar months from the date of such meeting.
