Modification of Rights; Entire Agreement. The Optionee’s rights under this Agreement and the Plan may be modified only to the extent expressly provided under this Agreement or under Article X or Article XIV of the Plan. This Agreement and the Plan (and the other writings referred to herein, including the Stockholders Agreement or the Registration Rights Agreement) constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersede all prior written or oral negotiations, commitments, representations and agreements with respect thereto.
