Modification of Schedules and Exhibits. A. Schedule 2.1. Schedule 2.1 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting said Schedule 2.1 in its entirety and substituting in place thereof a new Schedule 2.1 in the form of Schedule 2.1 to this Amendment.
